Emy started in the trade in 2003, when after relocating from Vermont and on maternity leave from her life in the medical software field she offered to help Lou get his business off the ground with some administrative organization. In 2005, she became a managing partner and together they have built the company to where it is today. Emy is responsible for all the back end administrative requirements of any business where she manages the payroll, accounts receivable and payables, and reviews & executes all contracts, customized inspection reports and estimates. If there is a product specification, schedule change, report, or a final inspection document Emy is the one to call. Emy answers all inquiries night and day, weekend and holiday. Every customer is given her cell phone and email address and is the organizational piece behind the face of Village Fire Protection, Lou.
