New construction and fit outs
Whether it is a ground up commercial building, a tenant space in an existing shell, or a residential project, the process is the same discipline: hydraulic calculations run, drawings stamped and submitted, materials staged, and crews that show up when the schedule says they will. We coordinate directly with your general contractor and your authority having jurisdiction so permitting does not stall your project.
Commercial systems
Offices, retail, warehouses, manufacturing, and mixed use. Wet, dry, and preaction systems designed to the hazard, not just the minimum.
Residential multifamily
Apartment buildings, condos, and townhouses up to four stories. Cost effective protection that meets code and keeps units livable.
Homes
Single family and duplex systems, including systems required for new homes and additions in towns that have adopted residential sprinkler requirements.
Retrofits and system modifications
Changing a floor plan, adding a mezzanine, or converting a mill building? Moving walls means moving heads, and an unpermitted change is a failed inspection waiting to happen. We handle relocations, additions, and full retrofits in occupied buildings, working nights and phased sections when your operation cannot shut down.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a fire sprinkler system in my building?
It depends on occupancy type, square footage, and local code. New Hampshire and Massachusetts both trigger sprinkler requirements for many commercial occupancies, larger residential buildings, and some renovations. Send us your plans or your building details and we will tell you what the code actually requires.
How much does fire sprinkler installation cost?
Commercial installation is typically priced per square foot and varies with hazard classification, ceiling height, and water supply. After a walkthrough or a set of plans, we provide a firm written proposal. No allowances that balloon later.
How long does installation take?
A tenant fit out can be a week or two. A full new construction system runs with your project schedule, roughed in after steel and topped out before ceilings close. We commit to dates in writing during the proposal stage.
Do you handle permits and fire marshal approvals?
Yes. We prepare and submit stamped drawings and hydraulic calculations, coordinate plan review, and schedule the acceptance test with your fire marshal.
